Early check in is not available.
Late check-out is not available, as the housekeeper will need to clean the property promptly at 11am EST. You will incur a charge of $25 for every 30 mins after the stated check-out time.
Our front door smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (3:00pm) so any late check-ins are completely fine, no matter how late since its self check-in!
Pets are not allowed.
We welcome children at the cabin! You will find a Graco pack and plan and high chair available at the cabin. You are not required to use this equipment and assume any and all liability for using this equipment.
These vehicles are typically allowable on low speed motorways. Please check with government motor vehicle portal for the latest regulations
While events and parties are not allowed, intimate celebrations are absolutely welcome!
The cabin accommodates a maximum of 6 adults, including children and toddlers, and is not suited for more than 6 individuals.
There are a few small tasks to perform at checkout, including placing all trash in the bear proof bins, places use dishware in the dishwasher and run the machine, locking all doors and turning off all lights. Please not not strip the beds.
You may order food for deliver using UberEats, and potentially other delivery apps. Grocery delivery is available on Instacart. There is also a Food Mart just minutes from the cabin if you choose to pick up groceries yourself.
Once you enter the community you will have a few inclines on your way to the cabin, although very manageable.
AWD advisable in some winter conditionals but not regularly.
Please report any items you’ve left at the cabin immediately, So this can be investigated prior to the next check-in. Return fee for lost items are $25+mailing fee.
The entire reservation balance is due upon the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend to reserve quickly as it books up fast!
At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a security deposit of $250. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.

All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of up to $250 for incidentals and damage protection.
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in and no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A nonrefundable 5% fee for any cancellations done after booking.
